WHAT IS CROSSFIT BARBELL SAVES PROJECT?

CrossFit Barbell Saves Project brings together people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction to community-based CrossFit exercise classes with the aim of improving their physical and mental well-being. Our classes focus on strengthening the community for participants and increasing overall health for each participant. In addition to building strength and fitness among members, we provide nutrition guidance and support members to achieve their health goals, while sustaining their recovery.

Monday – Friday
6:30am, 7:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday
8:00am, 9:30am
