Sobriety Through Fitness | Fitness and Addiction Recovery

The Barbell Saves Project brings individuals in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction to community-based fitness classes with the aim of improving their physical and mental well-being. Our classes focus on strengthening the community for participants and increasing overall health for each participant. In addition to building strength and fitness among members, we provide nutrition guidance and support members to achieve their health goals, while sustaining their sobriety.

📢Attention Barbell Saves Project members, mark your calendars!! You are invited to bring a friend or family member with you to next Saturday’s classes, August 14th. For those that come at 9am, we will have an open discussion afterward. Your friend or family member doesn’t need to be recovery, this is a chance for you to share your happy place with those you love. We also want to give your loved ones a chance to talk and share their experiences. Ask any of your coaches if you have questions. We can’t wait to see you all next Saturday! #recovery #sober #fitness #exercise #sobercommunity ...

Happy Birthday @lindseydelsol!
Hope you have a fantastic day filled with lots of love and laughter.
