WHAT IS THE BARBELL SAVES PROJECT?

The Barbell Saves Project brings individuals in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction to community-based fitness classes with the aim of improving their physical and mental well-being. Our classes focus on strengthening the community for participants and increasing overall health for each participant. In addition to building strength and fitness among members, we provide nutrition guidance and support members to achieve their health goals, while sustaining their sobriety.

Monday – Friday
6:30am, 7:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday
8:00am, 9:30am

Come join us this Sunday at 10am for some YOGA. We are grateful to have our good friend and incredible instructor @orion_of_earth leading the class. This will also serve as an opportunity for you to come in and see the new gym off I17 and Cactus. The cost is 20$ but half will be donated to The Barbell Save Project.
