FACTS (FITNESS AND COPING THERAPY SKILLS)
12 Week Program
This 12-week program combines Seeking Safety therapy with CrossFit Functional Training for a balanced approach to mental and physical strength and resilience.
60-90 Minute Classes
Each 60-to-90-minute class meets twice a week for kids aged 12–14 or 15–17. During each session, participants focus on a specific physical skill and discussion topic, such as Asking for Help, Healthy Relationships, Healing from Anger, Respecting Your Time, Coping with Triggers, and Creating Meaning.
Current Partnerships
BluePrint Education: We are partnered with Blueprint Education and their teens receive .5 credits for completing their 12 week course.
Other Partnerships Include MyKid and Rest Recovery.
