Yoga Classes

We offer Peer-Run yoga classes for individuals in recovery from substance use. Join our community or bring your behavioral health organization in.
West Valley Health Equity
Yoga Saves brings mindfulness practice to moms to be and moms with infants and toddlers. Our partnership with West Valley Health Equity helps women manage stress, speed C-section recovery, and get more sleep. We create a safe place for women to process daily challenges through movement and somatic breathwork, a technique designed to release trauma.
Community Medical Services (CMS)
Yoga Saves leads weekly yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness classes at a nearby CMS location for patients undergoing treatment for opioid addiction. We offer short sessions up to 15 minutes to meet this population’s special needs, along with free classes at Barbell Saves headquarters.
